A little aromatic vinegar or Béarnaise essence
Plenty of freshly ground black pepper
1canBoiled salmon or trout
1tbspMayonaise
1tspDried dill
2dlA-38 or acidophilus-junket

Instructions for Trout salad

To prepare the Trout salad recipe, please follow these instructions:

Pour the A38 or Acidophilus-junket to draining in a coffee funnel with filter, and leave it for 2-3 hours, until there is only about half back. The liquid that drips from discarded or used in bread baking. Add 1 tablespoon mayonnnaise. Taste the white mass with pepper, dill and aromatic vinegar or Béarnaise essence. Arrow fish free from skin and bone, and pick it to pieces. Mix dressing and fish.
