100gTUC salt crackers

2.5dlWhipped cream

Instructions for TUC-cake

To prepare the TUC-cake recipe, please follow these instructions:

Whip egg whites and sugar stiff.
TUC biscuits and hazelnuts are crushed and mixed with baking soda in egg whites.
The dough comes in a greased form and baked at 175 degrees C. for approx. 25 minutes.
The cake is put on the fridge.

Cream: Cream, vanilla sugar and sugar whipped to a foam and decorate the cooled cake and put it again on the fridge, like in the freezer for 30-45 minutes.
