200gTUC biscuits
6Egg whites

Instructions for Tuc Kage

To prepare the Tuc Kage recipe, please follow these instructions:

Whites whip stiff with 2 tablespoons of sugar.
The rest of the sugar is mixed in chopped almonds and handcrafted tuc biscuits.

When whites are whipped stiff, they turn in until everything is wet.

A baking sheet of baking paper is smoothed until it is even without pressing down.
Bake 200 degrees hot oven (hot air) for 20-25 minutes (must be brown upstairs)

Served alone, with stirred ice and fresh fruit or raspberry foam.
