Eggs, lemon juice and mustard are whipped together. The oil is whipped in a bit at a time. Tunnel with bee is whipped in (easiest with hand mixes) until tuna is completely purified. The sauce is seasoned with salt and pepper. The sauce is poured over the salad and it is dressed with capers.
