To prepare the Tuna steaks with baked peppers, parsley oil and fresh parmesan cheese recipe, please follow these instructions:

Stir in the oil for 2-3 minutes on each side, season with salt and pepper.


Baked peppers:
Brush the peppers with a little oil and put them in a hot oven 275 degrees C. alm. Oven for about 10 minutes or until the skin begins to loosen.

Then put them in a boil-proof plastic bag that is placed in the freezer for 5 minutes, which makes the skin easier to loosen.
