Instructions for Tunbøffer

To prepare the Tunbøffer recipe, please follow these instructions:

The cans with tuna open and the water is pressed off. The teaspoon is stirred into a lind, but cohesive father, along with grated onions, eggs, crushed garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

The fathers are formed into four steaks, turning in slices spiced with salt and pepper. They are cooked on the forehead with 5-6 minutes until golden.

Serve with new potatoes and a coarse salad, such as a tomato salad with basil marinade
