1dlCrème fraiche 38%
2canTuna in water. canning

Instructions for Tunmousse II

To prepare the Tunmousse II recipe, please follow these instructions:

Pour the tuna into a sieve. Get the tuna in a bowl and finely chop with a fork. Add soft butter, Cremefraiche and lemon juice. Stir it all together and season the mousse with salt and pepper.

Fill the mousse in a puffy shape or a bowl. Put it in the fridge covered for at least 12 hours.

Can be decorated with potatoes, lemon slices and tomato boats.
