Lemon
Dill, fresh
Iceberg, lettuce
Shrimp shucked, boiled
Lumpfish ROE black
Tomatoes

200gSour cream 18%
200gMayonnaise
3canTuna in water. canning
4dlWhipped cream
50gOnion
50gTomato ketchup

Instructions for Tunmousse In

To prepare the Tunmousse In recipe, please follow these instructions:

Drain the tuna and mayonaise, it tube then findel, fraice cream, lemon juice, grated onion, ketchup and salt in.

Melt the gelatin and stir the macerate well into the mix before the whipped cream as the last be turned in.

Pour the mousse in a springform approx. 26 cm. in diameter and allow to stand cold for next day or style it in the freezer right away.

Invert onto a platter and garnish with finely chopped salad, shrimp and tomato boats.

The remains can be used in sandwiches for several days
