Instructions for Tunmousse VII

To prepare the Tunmousse VII recipe, please follow these instructions:

Put the tuna in a bowl and findel it with a fork. Pour the cream in and whip it around fraichen.

Style husblasen to soak in cold water in 5 min. Put the grated onion in tuna drain from husblasen and melt it in a pan. It must not boil. Pour the melted gelatin in the tuna in a thin beam and stick with håndmixeren.

Turn yogurt in to taste with lemon and salt.

Pour it into serving molds and style it on ice in 1-2 hours. Garnish with shrimp, lettuce and dill.
