Instructions for Turkey à la Sabra

To prepare the Turkey à la Sabra recipe, please follow these instructions:

Orange juice, wine, orange peel, salt, peppers and pepper are mixed in a large bowl, after which the turkey cheeses are put in. The bowl is then cold for two hours.

The meat is taken up and dried with a kitchen roll. In a deep pan, the oil is heated to medium-high heat. The meat is browned on all sides and then removed from the forehead.

On the same pan, heat the finely chopped onion until it takes color. The marinade is poured into the forehead and allowed to simmer for 10 minutes. Stirring occasionally.

The meat is added now and simmer under lid for approx. 35 minutes or until the meat juice is ready. The meat is occasionally overtaken with the marinade.

Now place the pieces of meat in a heated dish and keep them warm. Then foam the excess fat of the sauce. Add the olives and let the sauce boil at high heat until it becomes shiny and begin to thicken. Pour it over the meat and decorate with mint / dill.

Served with loose rice, challa and white wine.
