To prepare the Turkey and vegetables in sour and sweet sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:

Turkey: Turkey Breast cut into strips. The vegetables are cleaned and cut into strips. Turkey meat is Brown on a hot pan and småsteger in 2 minutes. Add the vegetables and fry with in 3-4 min. without taking colour. Sour/sweet sauce accepted on (see below) and the whole thing is cooked through.

Sour/sweet sauce: mix all ingredients together and brought to the boil. Season and pour over meat and vegetables. The sauce is too thin, it may possibly be smoothed over with a slightly maizenamel udrørt in cold water.

Serving: all of it served on a nice platter. Garnish with finely chopped chives by server no. Served with loose rice and wholemeal bread.
