Instructions for Turkey Pie

To prepare the Turkey Pie recipe, please follow these instructions:

Casserole: All ingredients are well worked through to a solid dough, which is allowed to cool (either overnight in a refrigerator or 1 hour in the freezer). The dough is rolled out and a pie shaped with the dough.

Fill: The well-cleaned pears are cut into thin slices and the carrots are torn. Slice the turkey in small tern and simmer for a few minutes in a pan of a little oil. The vegetables are added and spin with the meat - no more than 5 minutes. Seasonings are added. The mixture is poured into butter-fried, dough-coated pie. Eggs and milk are whipped together and poured over. Sprinkle with fried cheese and behind approx. 200 gr. For approx. 25 minutes.
