1canPeeled chopped tomatoes
1Onion
1tspCorn starch
1tbspOil
1tspSalt
15gMargarine or butter
2tbspFresh chopped parsley
2Carrots
250gFresh mushrooms (or 200 g dane frost)

Instructions for Turkey with vegetable ragout

To prepare the Turkey with vegetable ragout recipe, please follow these instructions:

Turkey schnitzlerne fried ca. 2-3 min. on each hand in fat. The carrots peeled and cut into slices. The onion peeled and cut into thin both. Mushrooms, cleaned and cut into slices. Carrots and onions Sauté in oil. Mushroom and tomatoes added. Ragouten twirling about 5 mins. Corn starch is mixed in sour cream and stir in Parsley, salt and pepper are added.. Ragouten is cooked through. Garnish, if desired. with a little chopped parsley.

Serve with pasta and baguettes.
