1Green pepper, cut into thin strips

12Black olives
2bundleSpring onions
2Hard boiled eggs
250gDried white beans

To prepare the Turkish Bean Salad recipe, please follow these instructions:

Soak the beans 7-8 hours in cold water.

Boil until tender on 45-50 min. Cool beans.

Cut the spring onions and mix them in a bowl with green pepper, cut chives and drained beans.

Whisk the dressing together and pour it over. Garnish with egg slices and black olives.
