Ingredients for Turkish pizza

1canPeeled tomatoes, canned
1Green chili pepper
1tspPaprika, edelsuss
1bundleParsley, fresh
300gBeef, chopped about 10% fat
500gWheat flour
70gTomato puree. concentrated

Instructions for Turkish pizza

To prepare the Turkish pizza recipe, please follow these instructions:

Warm water and stir the yeast into. Add salt and some of the flour. Knead in flour as much as it needs. Let dough raise in a bowl while you prepare the filling.

Chop the onion, Chili's and Chop fine. Stir the forcemeat with all the ingredients.

Roll the dough out and fill over the raw butter.

Bake for about 35 min at 200 degrees c. alm. oven.

Notice that there is no cheese on, and if you omit the oil, it can be quite low in fat. Can easily be frozen down.

The pizza is cut into squares of 8x8cm. Server with "løgsalat".
