To prepare the Vegetable soup with rice - Minestrone (Italian) recipe, please follow these instructions:

Slowly lower the bacon rings into oil. Add onions, garlic and leeks to slices. Let it brown easily.

Cut the potatoes into cubes. Cut the cabbage into strips. Cut the celery into slices. Fold the courgette and cut it into slices. Drop the white beans into a sieve. Put it in the pan with green beans, peas and broth. Boil for low heat for 20 minutes.
