½Cauliflower into small florets
2-3Leeks, sliced
250gMushrooms into quarters
3-4Peppers
3-4Tomatoes in slices
50gGrated cheese

Crack the peppers and clean of kernels. Put in baking dish.

Saute the leeks, cauliflower and mushroom in the fat. They should not brown. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Fill in the peppers. Joined tomato slices on top and sprinkle them with salt, pepper and grated cheese list.
