Buns

0.5Red bell peppers without seeds and chopped fine
1Egg yolk
1Small onion chopped finely
1tbspSunflower oil
1tspDried mixed herbs
100gCheddar cheese grated
100gFresh franskbrøds crumbs
400gCannellionbønner from canned washed and prepared
50gMushrooms chopped fine

Instructions for Vegetarian sausages on the grill

To prepare the Vegetarian sausages on the grill recipe, please follow these instructions:

Heat the oil in a small saucepan and sauté the chopped onion, mushrooms and pebergfrugt, until it has been soft.

MOSS cannellionbønner and bell peppers as well as franskbrøds crumbs, cheese, herbs and egg yolk and mix everything well together. Form the mixture and squeeze it together with your hands to 8 sausages.

Each sausage roll in flour seasoned with salt and pepper. Style them to cool ½ hour.

Grill the sausages on a piece of oiled aluminium foil over medium hot coals in 15-20 minutes, until golden. Turn over and brush them regularly during cooking.

Crack a bun half through and put a layer of løgskiver i. Put a sausage in bread roll and serve them with tomatrelish.
