To prepare the Vegetarian Sloppy Joe's Burgers recipe, please follow these instructions:

Pour all chickpeas in a bowl. Moss 3/4 of the chickpeas with a fork, but let some be the whole. Pour oil into a pan over medium heat and allow the oil to warm. Chop the onion and the garlic finely and sauté (light brown) them, still with medium heat. Peel the pepper in a nice tern and place it and chickpeas in the saucepan and sauté for 2 minutes.
