125gMozerella
3tbspWheat flour
50gParma ham
500gMinced beef
6Sprigs of fresh thyme

Instructions for Viggas Italian meatballs

To prepare the Viggas Italian meatballs recipe, please follow these instructions:

Meatballs:
Stir the meat with salt. Grate onion and garlic. Mix all the ingredients for the meatballs, except mozerella, and let it pull while the sauce is cooked.

Share the mozerella in 12. Form the meatballs with a piece of mozzarella in the middle. Step them in a little olive oil.

Sauce:
Stir the thyme in the olive oil for a few minutes, by medium heat in a sauter pan. Take the thyme up and discard it.

Chop tomatoes roughly and finely chop the sun-dried tomatoes. Add all ingredients to the sauce and simmer until the tomatoes are cooked (while preparing the meatballs). Season with salt and pepper.

Put the meatballs in the sauce and sprinkle with fresh basil.

Server with spaghetti and parmesan
