2dlLukewarm water
2dlSifting
25gYeast
7dlWheat flour

Instructions for Walnut bread with sourdough

To prepare the Walnut bread with sourdough recipe, please follow these instructions:

1st day:
Stir the yeast into the water and stir the flour. Cover the bowl with the plasma foil and allow it to stand at room temperature 12-24 hours.

2nd day:
Mix the dill from day 1. With water, salt, oil and nuts. Peel the flour and let the dough raise covered. 1 hour.

Pour the dough through again, divide it into 2 pieces and form them into round or oval bread. Place them on a baking sheet with baking paper and allow them to cover covered for about 30 minutes.
