30gWheat flour
30gEasy mayonnaise

Instructions for Watercakes with nougat cream

To prepare the Watercakes with nougat cream recipe, please follow these instructions:

Whip water, flour and mayonnaise well together. Pour it into a small saucepan and whisk under a mild heat to a solid flour bowl. Take the pot off the heat. Stir the battered egg into the pulp, but only a little at a time. Add salt, liquid sauce and baking soda. Form the dough with a spoon to approx. 6 small dumplings on a piece of baking paper. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees until they are swollen and golden. Set the water trays for cooling.
