Instructions for Wheat Whole Grain Bread

To prepare the Wheat Whole Grain Bread recipe, please follow these instructions:

The wheat kernels are poured over boiling water and take 8-10 hours.

The kernels are poured into dripping in a sieve and then in a bowl. 4½ dl. Water is added. The yeast is crumbled and stirred.

Soy flour, oil, salt, whole wheat flour and wheat flour are added and the dough is kneaded until it is smooth and easily releases the bowl.
