Ingredients for White wine sauce

A splash of lemon juice
Freshly ground pepper
Salt
½dlDry white wine
250gClarified butter
3Egg yolks
4dlFish stock or 1 vegetable bouillonterning dissolved in 2 cups water

Instructions for White wine sauce

To prepare the White wine sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:

Reduce fishing Fund and white wine to the 1/3 or dissolve bouillon cube in boiling water. Add the white wine and reduce until it is 1 dl back.

Place the pan over a water bath and add the egg yolks stirring constantly until gravy is smooth and creamy.

Add the clarified butter, stirring continuously.

Add salt and pepper and taste the gravy with lemon juice.
