Ingredients for Whities

EVS. 2-300 g coarsely chopped nuts
The grains of 1 vanilla rod (or 1 tsp. vanilla sugar)
1.5tspBaking soda
200gGood milk chocolate
200gGood dark chocolate
265gWheat flour
400gButter
50gGood white chocolate
650gCane sugar
9Eggs

Instructions for Whities

To prepare the Whities recipe, please follow these instructions:

Melt the butter and set aside for cooling.

Chop the chocolate very roughly. Stack the vanilla bar and scrape the grains. Whip egg, sugar and vanilla until it is foaming. Sift flour and baking soda into the dough and turn it in with the butter and the chocolate.

Distribute the dough into a baking pan covered with baking paper.

Bake the cake at 165 degrees hot air for approx. 30 minutes until golden (insert the cake with a pinch or knitting needle to see if it's done).

Cut the cake into suitable pieces while it is hot. Decorate with melted chocolate in random stripes / patterns.
