Egg for brushing
Blue poppy seed

To prepare the Whole beef muffin with mushrooms & amp; parma ham recipe, please follow these instructions:

tenderloin:
Cut the thin end of the beef tenderloin from (about 250 g).

Put the mushrooms in soft as directed on the package and shake them for 5 minutes. In butter. Add the port wine and let it boil.

Findel mushrooms, the meat from the thin end, cream and eggs in a food processor to a soft father. Season with salt and pepper.

Brown the beef tenderloin in a little oil on a large forehead at very high heat.

Roll the batter up to approx. Double size and cut out 32 round cakes of approx. 7cm in diameter.

Spread the mashed potatoes on half of the cakes and place them on a baking sheet with baking paper.

Brush the rest of the cakes with egg, sprinkle with birch and put them on top of the moss which lay.

Bake the cakes at 200 degrees C. alm. Oven for approx. 20 minutes while the rustle rests.

Spinach in cream:
Sauté the frozen spinach until the vapors are evaporated. Add cream and simmer approx. 5 min. Season with salt, pepper and fried nutmeg. The dish slices of beef tenderloin on top of the spinach. Put some roasted mushrooms together with a potato cake.

Accessories:
Toasted mushrooms.

tips:
If you are busy, you can let out the mushroom and instead lubricate the browned tenderloin with butter before wrapping around. The cooking time is then reduced to approx. 35 min. At 175 degrees C. alm. oven.
