Instructions for Whoopies ala Mac

To prepare the Whoopies ala Mac recipe, please follow these instructions:

Put strawberries and sugar in a pan and give them a good boil. Then sprinkle strawberries with a fork and chop the marcipan into smaller pieces- add the marcipan and let it melt in the hot berries over low heat for 5-10 minutes.
Take the saucepan off the heat and pour the cream / cream into a bowl. Whip it thoroughly and thoroughly to add a uniform paste and add the vanilla powder. Stir in an hour for about an hour.

Turn on the oven at 200 degrees.
Whip sugar and butter well, add one egg at a time.
Mix flour with cocoa, soda and salt and stir in the dough alternately with the whole milk.
Put the cakes in 40 small round peaks with a tablespoon spread over two baking sheets with baking paper. Bake the cakes for 10-12 min. Cool them on a baker.

Get the strawberry cream on half of the cakes and use the other half of the cakes that lay. Point the flour on the cakes just before serving.

tips:
I used chopped chocolate in the strawberry cream and added a little red fruit color, to get back to the beautiful red color - as the chocolate makes the cream a bit ugly to look at.
