Instructions for Wienersnitzler

To prepare the Wienersnitzler recipe, please follow these instructions:

Turn the hamburgers into rasp, sprinkle with salt and pepper and fry for approx. 4 min. On each side (use 2 teaspoons oil margarine to each side).

Decorate the schnitzler with herring fillets, lemon, lots of capers and grated horseradish.

Served with a salad of cracked beets and pears in the tern.
