Ingredients for Wok noodle

Agurkskiver
optionalChili sauce
Pepper
Shredded Chinese cabbage/lettuce
Roasted shallots for topping
Salt
Tomato slices
0.5Onion finely cut
1tbspOyster sauce, optional
2Eggs lightly beaten
2Carrots peeled halved lengthwise cut diagonally
2Chicken fillet cut into small pieces
2tbspSweet soy sauce
250gCooked lightly cooled egg-noodles
3cloveCrushed garlic

Instructions for Wok noodle

To prepare the Wok noodle recipe, please follow these instructions:

Put the noodles in boiling water and set aside for 5 min.

Shake the shallots and set aside.

Warm 1 tbsp. Vegetable oil in the wok over medium heat. Make scrambled eggs. Set aside.

Warm the remaining oil in the wok, medium heat. Season garlic clove and lightly browned. Add carrots and cabbage, cook for 1 to 2 minutes until it is soft-like. Add noodles, sweet soy, oyster sauce, salt and pepper and turn for 5 min. Add eggs and mix together.

Serves with topping of shallots, 3-4 cucumbers and tomato slices.

If you want spicy add the chilli sauce.
