Ingredients for Woksager

0.25Fintsnittet red cabbage
0.5Chili
0.5dlRed wine (to be replaced possibly by broth)
1tbspComments
1Small can of jolly green giant corn m. Pepper (bonduelles with Bell Peppers and peas can be used if the jolly green giant cannot be obtained)
1Small onions
1tbspOil (canola, Grapeseed, sunflower etc.)
1tbspTruffle oil
1.5tspCurry
1.5tspCumin seeds
1.5tspGround coriander
2cloveGarlic
2Potatoes (raw) sliced into thin slices
4–6Sun-dried tomatoes

Instructions for Woksager

To prepare the Woksager recipe, please follow these instructions:

Heat the oil (both) into a wok. Add the bowl to the very hot oil and stir for a moment. Then add red cabbage and stir around. After one minute, add the spices first and then potatoes, onion, garlic, tomatoes and chili. Gently add wine / broth. Add a spicy salt. Turn down the heat and simmer approx. 10 min. Stir in between. Add the corn and simmer for another 10-15 minutes.
