4Leaf gelatin

Instructions for Yellow Kiwi and Figen Fromage

To prepare the Yellow Kiwi and Figen Fromage recipe, please follow these instructions:

Place the house blister softly in cold water for about 10 minutes. Cut the kiwis and figs into the middle and pour them out with a spoon. Only use fruit meat, do not peel. Bring the meat into a small saucepan with a little water. Cook it together until it is boiled or blend it. Then bring it out of soft husk in the hot mixture and let it melt. Whip the egg yolks white and airy with the sugar. Mix them together with the fruit mixture. Stir well. Then whip cream to foam and gently stir. Then whip egg whites well stiff, airy and gently turn them in.
Now the mixture can be poured into glass or in a bowl. Put in the refrigerator for a few hours before serving.

Decorate before serving with some kiwi slices.
