Instructions for Yemistés horis kreas - Stuffed vegetables without meat

To prepare the Yemistés horis kreas - Stuffed vegetables without meat recipe, please follow these instructions:

Peel the potatoes, cut them in both and put them in cold water for a couple of hours. Cut the top of the tomatoes and save them as low. Pour the tomatoes gently and purge the food through a sieve so that the kernels are filtered off. Cut the stalk of the peppers and save the ones that lay. Clean for cores and internal strings. Put the vegetables in an oil-baked pan and sprinkle them with a little salt and sugar. Heat the oil in a saucepan and season the onion, garlic, parsley and mint to the onions. Turn the rice, mostly tomato paste, cinnamon, bay leaves, sugar, salt and pepper and simmer for 5-10 minutes. Add some water along the way so that the rice does not burn. Fill the vegetables and lay on. Thoroughly wipe the potatoes in a dish, turn them into lemon juice, oil and salt and place them between the vegetables in the pan. Sprinkle whole moeven with a mixture of the rest of the tomato puree and olive oil. Bake in oven at 200 degrees for 45 minutes.

tips:
Can be eaten as an independent dish, but goes very well for baked meat or poultry.
