The meat is cut into approx. 4 cm thick slices. Yoghurt mixed with spices and meat be reversed with yoghurt. The meat is layered in at least 2 hours, best if it marinerer overnight in the refrigerator.

The 3 dl yoghurt afdryppes in a coffee filter (takes about 1 hour). The meat afdryppes well and turned over with oil. Now added the pieces on a rack and grilled in the oven about 15 minutes, until they are done.

Couscoussen prepared according to instructions on the package, and then be put on a platter. Be laid over the chicken pieces. The dish garnish with tomatoes and rødløgs rings. The drained yogurt and warm pita bread is served.
