Ingredients for Zarzuela

Freshly ground pepper

1Boiled lobster

1Red chili pepper, cleaned and chopped
1Large monkfish
12Large shrimp
2tbspBrandy
2tbspFresh chopped parsley
2Bay leaf
2tbspAlmonds finely chopped
2Large mild onion minced
225gSquid rings
24Live mussels or other type of mussels
3dlFish broth
4cloveGarlic pressed
6tbspOlive oil

Instructions for Zarzuela

To prepare the Zarzuela recipe, please follow these instructions:

Use a sharp knife, and part hummeren lengthwise. Remove stomach. Klørene crack with a hammer. Clean the fish and cut it into fit pieces. Scrub the mussels, and boxes of them that is not fresh or does not close it under cold water.

Cleanse and share the fish into suitable pieces. Dip fish strips and blæksprutteringene in seasoned flour. Sauté them fast in hot oil on both sides.

Clean the prawns. Sauté onion and 2/3 of the garlic in 3 min. Add the brandy and turn on with a stick. When the flames die away, add the tomatoes, bay leaf, paprika, hot pepper and broth. Let the right Fizz for five minutes.

Add the mussels, put a lid on and let it cook 3-5 min to the mussels have opened. take the mussels out of the Pan and boxes them as not have opened up.

Put hummeren and bury in a heat-proof form. Mix the almond with the rest av the garlic and parsley, and stir in the sauce. Pour the sauce over the Court, and la simmer caution in 5 min. everything is warmed through.

Add the prawns and let stand a little to the right.

Serve with a green salad and hot, white bread.

Zarzuela means "opera" or operetta, and this classic fish dish is just as lively and colorful as the name.
