To prepare the Zucchini-koftas Gluten-free recipe, please follow these instructions:

Grate zucchini and onion roughly. Mix chilli, ginger and coriander leaves with cracked courgette and onions. Allow the vegetable mixture to drip in a si, approx. one hour. Squeeze the last straw out of the mixture and then put the spicy cumin, coriander and salt in. Shape for balls on size with golf balls. Stir the caps in warm oil, a little at a time and put them on the kitchen roll to suck excess fat. Served immediately with a raita. Eg. Mint-raita
