Planed chocolate
1/2tspCocoa powder
12tbspBailey (more or less to taste)
125gButter
225gDigestive
3dlWhipped cream
400gCream cheese natural
50gIcing sugar
6Small leaves isinglass

Instructions for Bailey's Cheesecake

To prepare the Bailey's Cheesecake recipe, please follow these instructions:

Crush the biscuits. Melt the butter and bring the broken biscuits into it. Lay it in a 20-25 cm spring shape or pie shape and press it down with a back of a spoon. If using a pie shape, it is a good idea to use baking paper at the bottom and up along the edges or food film.

Prepare the house blower. Heat the bailey into a saucepan and pour the house blister in it stirring. Cool it down. Mix the cream cheese and flour in a bowl until it is soft. Pour the Bailey into and mix well.

In another bowl, the cream is whipped (not completely staple). Mix it in the cream cheese with light hand. Pour it over the biscuits and cool it for approx. 3 hours.

Take the cake and decorate with planed chocolate and cocoa powder.
