0.5tspPure vanilla powder
1Eggs
1tspBaking soda
1tbspMilk
1nipSalt
100gSoft butter
100gIcing sugar
100gCane sugar
125gWheat flour
35gCocoa powder

Instructions for Chocolate biscuits with vanilla cream

To prepare the Chocolate biscuits with vanilla cream recipe, please follow these instructions:

Dough: Beat butter and sugar light and airy.
Add the egg and whip it into the butter mixture.
Mix flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt in another bowl.
Add a little of the flour mixture to the butter mixture while whipping at low speed.
Cover the dough with household film and simmer it for 1 hour.
Make the cream while you wait.

Cream: Whip butter and flour together.
Add vanilla and milk.
If you want a firmer cream, add a little more flour.

DEJ: Remove the dough from the refrigerator.
If the dough is too sticky, pour a little more flour into it.
Roll the dough onto a mashed table to about 3 mm thick.
Cut out cookies in an appropriate size, about 6 cm.
Lay them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Bake them for 12 minutes at 175 degrees (ordinary oven).
Let them cool completely on a baker.

COLLECTION: Fill in a syringe and sprinkle a let on the whole of the cooled cookie.
Put a cookie on top, push the two cookies together and continue the same procedure with the rest.

Store the cakes in the refrigerator.
