To prepare the Chocolate Fromage II recipe, please follow these instructions:
The chocolate is melted over a water bath. The cream is whipped to foam. Egg yolks, sugar and vanilla are whipped airy and turned together with the chocolate and finally the whipped cream. Served with caramel wires and orange chocolate.
Caramel Threads:
The sugar is melted in a saucepan, cooled lightly and poured onto a piece of baking paper with a spoonful.
