Pour berries and alcohol in a glass jar and let stand for 4 weeks.
The extract is filtered and poured on bottle. Add the brandy and sugar. The liqueur should now stand for at least 3 months.
The liqueur will get a round and full-bodied flavor with a beautiful dark color.
