2dlPlain yogurt
2-3tbspBreadcrumbs

Instructions for Herring in green

To prepare the Herring in green recipe, please follow these instructions:

Clip the dorsal fin of the herrings, wide them out and put them in a dish. Stir in yogurt, salt, pepper and curry powder together and pour over the warm. Let them pull cool a few hours. Put the chopped herbs in a greased ovenproof dish. Fold the herrings together lengthwise and put them on top. Pour the remnants of yoghurt and sprinkle the crumbs on. Set the dish in the oven about 15 minutes at 200 degrees.
