To prepare the Meringue with ice and fruit recipe, please follow these instructions:
Whip the egg whites completely stiff and whip then the flour ice cream for a little while. Draw a circle of 24 cm on baking paper laid on the baking sheet. Sprinkle small tops on the edge and benefit the rest of the marble mass inside. Behind the marble bottom at 130ºC 40-45 minutes or until it is completely dry. When serving, fill it with sliced or sprouted ice cream, whipped cream and fruit. The cracked orange peel is distributed on the ice.
