Approx. 20 pcs. pancakes.
Mix the AMO flour, milk and melis (use a whipping cream - avoid lumps), add eggs, salt, vanilla and the cracked yellow shell. Whipped well and the beer is whipped. Approx. 250 g melted butter or margarine for baking. When the grease is melted before use, many stegeos are avoided in the kitchen.

Do not be afraid of the thin texture - the eggs stick together when baking and it tastes mums!
