100gOatmeal, grovvalsede
100gRye kernels. cut/broken
150gCarrots
2dlButtermilk
2tspSalt
5dlWater
50gYeast
700gWheat flour

Instructions for Pumpkin seed buns

To prepare the Pumpkin seed buns recipe, please follow these instructions:

Boiling water and mix the rye kernels and pulls an hour. Finely grated carrots and other stuff mixed in and knead well. The dough raises to double size approx. 1 ½ hour.

Beaten down and shaped to approx. 30 buns. Buns in ca. 3 district.

Brushed with the beaten egg and garnish with pumpkin seeds or grovvalset oatmeal.

Bake at about 200 degrees c. alm. oven in 20-25 minutes on the lower Groove in the oven.
