Instructions for Roast beef with bacon

To prepare the Roast beef with bacon recipe, please follow these instructions:

First you take the roast and place it in a deep/tall platter (roughly the same height as the roast). Then lubricate you roast into the olive oil and salt and pepper to taste. Next, take you and put the freshly picked bunder oregano and Rosemary on top of and around the roast. So packages you roast into bacon. Eventually sprinkles you a little more salt, pepper and a little more olive oil on baconet.

Now you will clean the mushrooms and cut them in 1/4. Then you cut the onion into small cubes. So you take a pan with a little olive oil on and throw the mushrooms and onions in. it is important that the Pan is not Preheat, as it can damage the mushrooms. You should not touch all around too much in the Pan, just turn it all sometimes until the mushrooms have been tender. Now you take the roast and put it into an oven with a thermometer. When the roast is 30 c add you your mushrooms and onions into the dish. Add also 1/3 of a bottle of red wine.

When the roast is 60 c is still a little bit red but not so red that it is almost raw. Take the roast out at 60 c and let it rest on a plate with the mushrooms and onions, take the tin foil and a tea towel over it all. Let it lie in a half an hour.
