Instructions for Tomato-orange salad
To prepare the Tomato-orange salad recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the tomatoes into narrow boats, and mix them in a bowl with the salt, pepper, vinegar, orange juice, half of the Orange rind and half of the olive oil. Let it soak for a few hours, and then pour the væden from. Drizzle the rest of the oil and orange shell over and serve the salad with chopped parsley.
