0.5Lemon juice thereof
1Small bdt. parsley
1tspDried or chopped fresh thyme

1.5lWater or broth

200gEntire-leaved spinach frost
200gCeleriac
400gCarrots
400gLeek

Instructions for Vegetable soup with oats

To prepare the Vegetable soup with oats recipe, please follow these instructions:

Clean the leeks and Peel carrots and celery. Cut the leeks into rings, carrots and celery into small cubes. Cook the leeks, carrots and celery as well as oatmeal with water or broth in a saucepan. Add the spinach balls and thyme and let the soup boil for 15 minutes. Add the chopped parsley and finely chopped garlic and season the soup with salt, pepper and a little lemon juice.

Serve immediately the soup with lots of good bread.
