100gWalnut cores as chopped
15gYeast
3cupGrahams
3/4cupOlive oil
3/4tbspSalt
4tbspSyrup

Instructions for Walnut Bread

To prepare the Walnut Bread recipe, please follow these instructions:

Dissolve yeast in cold water. Add salt with stirring. Add Grahamsmel with stirring. Add the chopped walnut cutters and syrup and oil. Add a little wheat flour at a time during kneading. By suitable consistency, the dough is poured onto the table for 8 to 10 minutes. Place in a bowl of plastic film in a refrigerator for 18-24 hours. After finishing the swelling, the dough is reeled again. Form a bread that raises for about 2 hours at room temperature with a towel over. Cut the bread with a razor blade or sharp knife, preferably 2 cm deep. Place the bread in the preheated oven at 200 degrees. The bread will bake for approx. 40 minutes, the first 10min like hot air. Let the bread rest on the grate for an hour after it has been taken out of the oven.
