500gApples, cooked to mush and sweetened or a remnant Apple mush

Instructions for Æbletrifli

To prepare the Æbletrifli recipe, please follow these instructions:

Eggs and sugar are well-stirred. The milk is boiled and driped in the egg yolks while stirring. The cream is poured back into the pan and heated for a moment, but it should not boil. The house block is soaked in cold water for a few minutes and then melted in the warm cream. The cream is cooled, stirred softly and mixed with most of the whipped cream. Macro and wine are placed in a bowl. The apple cans are laid over and covered with the cream. Decorate the dessert with the rest of the whipped cream, jelly squash and sprinkle with vanilla sugar.
