Instructions for A Lasagne
To prepare the A Lasagne recipe, please follow these instructions:
Start by setting the pasta to boil.
The aubergines come in the oven at approx. 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes. They are peeled and blended with pine nuts, rye flour and lemon juice as well as salt and pepper. Are they hard to peel, you can give the aubergines a few more minutes.
An ovenproof dish is lubricated with a little olive oil, the cooked pasta is spread evenly throughout the dish.
The chopped tomatoes are heated and the rest of the ingredients are added. The eggplant mix is now lubricated over the pasta, then the chopped tomatoes and the cheese are finally sprinkled.
It is put in the oven for 15-20 minutes. At 200 degrees.
tips:
In such a recipe you can spice a little more if you want it. If you pour a spicy cream down to the eggplant mix, it becomes a bit more full.
