Instructions for Amarettofromage
To prepare the Amarettofromage recipe, please follow these instructions:
Put the isinglass soaked in cold water for approx. 5 min. Crack vanillestangen and scratch grains out (save the shell). Beat the whole eggs, sugar and vanillekorn together into a fluffy mixture. Turn gently in the buttermilk. pull husblasen out of the water with the water, hanging by. Melt it in a dish in a water bath. Cool husblasen with approx. 1 dl of egg mixture and stir it into the rest. Whip the cream stiff and turn it in to taste with Ameretto.
